Coupons are a great way to save money and they can be found on our Facebook page facebook.com/craftcuttersupply and in our emails we send out.  You can also get coupons through our Rewards Program.

Due to the large amount of customers forgetting to add a coupon code at checkout, we no longer manually make any coupon adjustments after the order has been placed.  

When we run a sale, coupon codes are NOT VALID on previously placed orders.  We can NOT adjust your pricing on any order you previously placed. As an example- an hour before, when the coupon code was not valid/not used.  I apologize, but this would take far to much time to do, and would cause other orders to be delayed.  Any sales we run have a start time and an end time.  This is the time frame that the sale is valid. 

If you request to cancel your order so you can place another order with the sale price, there is a 25% restocking fee.  This fee pays for the employee that has to find your physical order, find it in the computer system, cancel and refund said order, and clear it out of our system.  This is a lengthy process. 

Reward coupons can always be used on future orders.

Only one (1) coupon code/reward point code can be used per order, no exceptions.  Coupons can not be used on Wholesale Bulk Items.  Our system does not allow for stacking discounts.  Coupon codes earned through the rewards do not expire until used.  

 

Where to put in the coupon code:

 

You put the coupon code in where it says "Gift Card or (max of 1) Discount code-See Picture Below

From a phone, Click Show Order Summary and ent the code there, or it can be also entered after you click "continue to payment method"
